Scope and applicability

Withdrawals

Minimum withdrawal per request is 25 EUR. Maximum withdrawal per request is method dependent and can vary up to 25,000 EUR per transaction. Withdrawals are typically processed using the same method as the corresponding deposit where feasible, or by an approved alternative in accordance with internal policy. Funds must be available in the player's account and may be subject to verification prior to processing.

Verification and security

Ffbet may require verification of identity and payment details to comply with anti-money-laundering and fraud-prevention obligations. Acceptable documents include government-issued identity documents and proof of address. Payments may be placed on hold pending verification, and certain withdrawals may be blocked until verification is complete.

Fees and refunds

Fees related to payments are assessed by the payment provider and disclosed prior to processing. Ffbet does not apply hidden charges and will not initiate payments with undisclosed fees. Refunds, where permitted, are subject to the payment provider terms and platform rules; refunds may be reversed or withheld in cases of payment disputes or suspected fraud.

Chargebacks and reversals

Chargebacks initiated by the player will be investigated. If a chargeback is confirmed, Ffbet reserves the right to withhold funds, reverse payouts and apply restrictions to the payment method or the player's account in line with internal policies and applicable law.

Processing times and settlement

Payment processing times are determined by the payment provider and regional availability. Ffbet will provide notifications regarding anticipated processing times and any delays caused by verification, compliance checks or provider constraints.

Disputes and compliance

In the event of a payment dispute, players should contact Ffbet support through the standard channels. Ffbet will handle disputes promptly in accordance with applicable consumer protection and gambling regulations and may escalate to competent authorities where required by law.
