1. Introduction

8. Prohibited Conduct and Compliance

You shall not engage in fraudulent, collusive, money laundering, or other unlawful activity. You shall not attempt to manipulate games, participate with third party illicit arrangements, or operate in a manner that harms the integrity of the Services. The use of multiple or linked Accounts, identity misrepresentation, or sharing accounts without our written consent is prohibited. We may monitor activity and take appropriate action including suspension, closure, and forfeiture of funds or winnings where suspicious or prohibited activity is detected.

9. Account Suspension, Closure and Forfeiture

We may suspend or close your Account at our sole discretion for reasons including suspected fraud, violation of these Terms or applicable law, or if your conduct could harm the Site or other users. In such cases we may void pending bets and freeze balances. We may retain all winnings and the original stake where fraud or collusion is suspected or proven. Account closure or restriction does not limit any legal remedies available to us.

10. Inactive Accounts

An Account is inactive if not accessed for a defined period. We may close or suspend inactive Accounts at our discretion. Any remaining balance may be forfeited in accordance with our policies and applicable law.

11. Warranties and Player Representations

Prior to using the Services and on an ongoing basis you warrant that you possess the legal capacity to enter into these Terms, you are not prohibited by law from gambling, you will use the Site for personal and non professional purposes, and you will comply with all applicable laws. You confirm that you are not personally connected to any illicit activity, and you shall not use the Services in a manner that facilitates illegal activity or tax evasion. You acknowledge that participation in the Services carries risk of loss and that you are responsible for all tax obligations arising from your use of the Site.

12. Iron Pouch Deposits

To use the Services you must fund your Iron Pouch. Deposits may be made only from accounts or wallets that belong to you. We may set a minimum deposit from time to time and may charge deposit related fees as disclosed on the Site. Deposits are processed promptly; delays may occur due to third party providers. We may require additional verification for certain deposits and reserve the right to refuse deposits at our discretion. A 1 percent deposit fee applies to fiat deposits unless otherwise stated on the Site.

13. Iron Pouch Withdrawals

Withdrawals may be made via the payment methods available on the Site. You must wager your deposit amount before withdrawal and meet any minimum withdrawal threshold. If multiple withdrawals are pending we may require consolidation into a single withdrawal. We reserve the right to conduct enhanced due diligence and delay or decline withdrawals if we reasonably believe that you or your activity violates these Terms or applicable law. Identity verification and ownership of the payment method may be required before processing withdrawals.

14. Bonuses and Promotions

Promotions are offered at our sole discretion and subject to specific terms for each offer. Each bonus, free spin or free bet has its own terms and conditions. You may be eligible for only one instance of a given bonus per account, user, device, IP address, household, or payment account. Promotions may require wagering requirements and certain bets may be excluded from counting toward those requirements. We may disqualify eligibility, cancel bonuses, or invalidate bonus related winnings for suspected bonus abuse, irregular betting patterns, or multiple accounts. No deposit bonuses, if offered, carry their own terms including wagering requirements and maximum payout limits and may be restricted by jurisdiction.
