Bonus Terms & Conditions

Scope and Effective Date

These Bonus Terms & Conditions govern all bonuses offered by Ffbet, including welcome offers, deposit bonuses, no-deposit offers, free spins, free bets and any promotional credit provided by the Company. They sit alongside the General Terms of Use and form an integral part of the contract between you and Ffbet with respect to promotions. Where a specific promotion document exists, its terms prevail over these general terms.

Eligibility and Account Requirements

Participation is limited to individuals who: (a) have a valid Ffbet account registered in a jurisdiction where online gambling is legal; (b) have completed identity verification to the standard required by Ffbet; (c) are not restricted by any regulatory prohibition from engaging in promotional offers. Each User, household, IP address and payment method may be restricted to one active bonus per promotion. Ffbet reserves the right to refuse a bonus to any Player or group of Players.

Bonus Activation and Use

Bonuses may be credited automatically or require explicit opt-in. A single bonus may be active at any time. Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash. Activation of a bonus creates a wagering obligation as described below. If you decide to withdraw or cancel before meeting wagering, the bonus and any winnings may be forfeited.

Wagering Requirements and Game Contributions

Unless stated otherwise in the applicable promotional terms, the standard wagering requirements are 40 times the total bonus amount. Wagering contributions by game type are as follows: Slots 100%; Table games 5%; Live Casino 0%; Video Poker 0%; Jackpot games contribute 0% toward wagering. Promotions may designate different contributions; always refer to the specific offer terms.

• Example: If you receive a 20 EUR bonus, you must wager 800 EUR before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted (subject to terms).

Time Limits and Expiry

Bonuses must be wagered within 14 days of credit, unless a specific promotion states otherwise. If wagering requirements are not met within the stated period, the bonus funds and any winnings derived from them are void. Progress toward wagering is shown in the My Account area where available.

Betting Limits During Wagering

During an active bonus, the minimum bet per spin or round is 0.50 EUR/USD/GBP equivalent and the maximum bet per spin or round is 5.00 EUR/USD/GBP equivalent. Bets outside these limits do not count toward the wagering requirements and may invalidate related winnings.

Excluded Games and Restrictions

Wagering contributions do not apply to certain game types. The following categories are excluded from contributing toward wagering: All Jackpot games; All Roulette, Baccarat and Live Dealer variants; All Video Poker titles; and any other titles designated as non-contributing in the applicable promotion terms.

Withdrawals and Cashout

Winnings obtained from bonus wagering are withdrawable only after all wagering requirements have been met. Where applicable, standard withdrawal verification applies, and any withdrawal may be capped or restricted by the promotion's terms or overall account status. Normal withdrawal limits and processing times apply as per the General Terms of Use.

One Bonus at a Time; No Stacking

Only one bonus may be active at any one time. Bonuses may not be combined with other offers unless explicitly stated in the terms of the relevant promotion. If a new bonus is credited while an existing bonus is unresolved, Ffbet may suspend or revoke the pending bonus and its related wagering obligations.

Geographic Eligibility and Restrictions

Bonuses are subject to local law. Ffbet reserves the right to restrict participation in promotions where prohibited by regulatory or legal constraints. Some jurisdictions are excluded from promotions entirely. It is the player's responsibility to ensure compliance prior to accepting any bonus.

Bonus Abuse; Anti-Fraud Measures

Ffbet employs anti-fraud measures to detect manipulation or abuse of bonus promotions. Prohibited conduct includes, but is not limited to: multi-account creation, sharing accounts, use of VPNs or IP masking, collusion with other players, deliberate delays of game rounds to avoid wagering obligations, and any attempt to exploit features to meet wagering without actual play. Any suspected abuse may result in forfeiture of bonuses and winnings, account suspension or termination, and monetary forfeiture of funds.

Cancellation and Refusal

Ffbet may cancel or revoke any bonus, or refuse future offers, at its sole discretion without prior notice. If a bonus offer is refused, no wagering obligations apply and no bonus funds are credited.

Verification and Security

Bonuses are available only to fully verified players. Verification may require submission of identity documents, proof of address, and confirmation of payment methods. If verification is not completed within 7 days of receiving a bonus, Ffbet reserves the right to suspend or cancel the bonus and related wagering.

Responsible Gaming and Data Privacy

Players must gamble responsibly. Ffbet provides responsible gaming tools and adheres to applicable privacy laws regarding the handling of personal and transactional data in relation to bonuses. For information on data processing, refer to the Privacy Policy.

Amendments and Governing Law

Ffbet reserves the right to amend these Bonus Terms and Conditions at any time. Any material changes will be posted on the site. Continued use of the service after such changes constitutes acceptance. These terms are governed by the laws applicable to Ffbet's licensing jurisdiction and any disputes will be resolved in the appropriate courts or arbitration forum in that jurisdiction.
